Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are directly determined by your geographic area. You can utilize our calculation tool during checkout to ascertain the exact shipping cost.
The amounts presented may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes upon the package's arrival in your country.
Shipments to countries outside the EU are conducted according to the Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means that we do not collect duties and/or taxes on those orders and cannot predict the specific charges incurred. If you do incur any additional charges, they must be settled for your package to clear customs. For further information, please contact the local customs office.

Changing Your Order
You can exchange your order within 14 days of receipt. Products for exchange must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with original packaging and labels intact. No exchanges or returns are accepted for discounted or outlet items. Exchanges can be made in person at any of our stores or sent to the following address:

Returns

Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with original packaging and labels intact. Refunds will only be issued after confirming the condition of the products and will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds for PayPal or credit card payments will be credited to the respective accounts and will be immediately available.

Returns Policy
If the items are in new condition, you have 14 days to return them (unworn, undamaged, and unused).

Notify us: Email us at SAC@FARCOO.COM and provide your order number and the items you wish to return.
Return form: Please print our Return Form, fill in your Order Number, and indicate the reason for your return.
